CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
A VALID CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED BY BAN RAYA RESORT TO GUARANTEE THE RESERVATION.
THE GUARANTEE MAY BE MADE CONFIDENTIALLY BY SECURE SERVER AT THE TIME OF MAKING RESERVATION OR SENDING CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE BY FAX.

All other season
- Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival -No charged.

Payment can be made both cash and credit card (Visa, Master card), 3% will be added with a credit card payment.
Deposit box
Deposit boxes are located at front desk and club house area.
The deposit 500 baht is required which you get it back
when returning the key (lost or damage key will be chargeD 500 baht/key).
please keep all your valuable belongings in deposit box.
Ban Raya will not be responsible for valuable items left in the room.
Diving
The coral reefs around the island are waiting for you to enjoy the underwater life.
Raya divers; PADI dive center will be pleaseD to inform you more concerning questions of diving. Please contact the front desk for booking.

24 hours electricity provided for deluxe room only, for other room types,the electricity will be startED from 06.00 pm-08.30 am. Electricity on requested is 80 baht/HOUR. If you would like to have this service, please contact the front desk

Environment
We try hard to keep the environment clean and safe. Please throw all garbage to the provided bins.
When walking around the island. Please do not disturb the animals of the island.
when snorkeling, Do not touch or collect any corals.
They are very sensitive and it’s illegal to export them.
